Joseph and Florence Para, Valley View Estates, Inkerman, celebrated their 45th anniversary. They were married at St. John the Baptist Church Pittston, by Msgr. Joseph Super.
Mrs. Para is the former Florence Vitek RN and is a school nurse at the Luzerne Intermediate Unit. Mr. Para is a retired member of the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington D.C.
Florence and Joe are blessed with a beautiful family, daughter Jolynn Para Garrison, RN; son-in-law William; grandson William Joseph, Shawnee Georgia; son, Joseph Para Jr.; daughter-in-law, Melissa, granddaughters Gabriella and Victoria, Inkerman.
The couple celebrated with a family dinner and cruise to the Caribbean Islands.
