Kiele Sierra Sofa, of Edwardsville, passed away on April 2, 2008
Born September 25, 2003 in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of Joseph and Tracy Blakeslee Sofa.
Kiele loved going to the park, playing on the swings, riding her big wheel, helping to cook, playing dress-up princess, and she enjoyed playing with her brother, Kobe, her cousins and her Big Papa. She attended Little People Daycare and she loved her school and being with her classmates. Kiele was a ray of sunshine and her absence will be a dark cloud in our hearts.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her 6-year-old brother, Kobe; paternal grandparents, Donna Sofa of Edwardsville and Joseph and Nora Sofa of Pittston; maternal grandparents, James and Debbie Blakeslee of Parsons; paternal great-grandparents Edward and Eleanor Sofa of Englewood, FL; maternal great-grandmother, Elaine Sabach of Hudson; aunt, Carla Blakeslee of Parsons; uncles, Julian Blakeslee of Parsons, Ryan Gwynn of Hanover Twp. and Jamie Gwynn of Edwardsville; cousins, Savannah Blakeslee, Tremayne and Aliyah Tillman, Aiedn Barridge; and many great aunts, uncles and friends.
Funeral was April 9 from M.J. McLaughlin Company, Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, Miners Mills. Interment, Holy Trinity Cemetery, Bear Creek.
