Steve and Janine Starinsky, Duryea will celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary on September 11.
They are the proud parents of four children. Stephen, Bridget, Matthew and Sophia.
The former Janine Kubasko is the daughter of George and Dolores Kubasko, Pittston Township. Steve is the son of Mary Starinsky and the late Steve Starinsky, Duryea.
