Victoria Ruth Wesolowski-Halapin celebrated her second birthday on November 16. She is the daughter of Vanessa Ann Wesolowski-Halapin and Bernard Halapin of Dupont.
Maternal grandparents are Michelle and Joseph Wesolowski of Dupont. Paternal grandmother is Verna Weiskerger of Wyoming. Godparents are Melissa Williams of Dupont, Stacey Moyer of Virginia and Joseph Wesolowski of Dupont.
Victoria Ruth has an older sister Isabella Joy, eight years old and celebrated her special day with family.
