Gina Elizabeth Lispi and Michael Murray, together with their families announce, their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Albert and Kathleen Lispi, of Plains. She is the granddaughter of Gela Lispi and the late Albert Lispi, of Yatesville, and Kathleen Wysocki, of Plains, and the late Charles Wysocki.
Ms. Lipsi is a 2010 cum laude graduate of King’s College, where she earned a double Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She is a member of the Chi Alpha Epsilon National Honor Society, Psi Chi National Honor Society and Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society. She is also a 2012 graduate from Marywood University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Psychology. She is also taking classes towards her doctoral degree in Psychology.
She is currently employed by Step By Step, Inc, where she is a state-licensed Behavioral Specialist Consultant, and a Mobile Therapist.
Mr. Murray is the proud father of Olivia Grace Murray, of Forty- Fort and a son of Elizabeth Murray and the late George Murray, of Swoyersville. He is the grandson of Mary Murray, and the late George Murray, of Luzerne, and the late Elizabeth and Leo Sobeck, of Wilkes- Barre.
He is the co- owner of the Black Diamond Tavern, Swoyersville, and co- owner of “The Best” carpet cleaners, Hanover. He is also the backroom coordinator at T.J. Maxx, Wilkes-Barre.
The wedding will take place on Sept.20, 2014, in a private ceremony, followed by a reception at St. Joseph Marello Parish, Pittston.
