Todd Alan Shimko Jr. son of Todd and Rhonda Shimko of Winfield, Pa. will celebrate his 8th birthday on February 16.
Todd Alan is the grandson of Linda and Sam Wynn of Wisconisco, PA and Joe and Betty Shimko of Avoca.
Todd Alan has a sister Emma Grace who is five years old.
