Eleanor M. Fanti, 90, formerly of Exeter, passed away, Friday evening, November 23, 2007, at the Laurels Nursing Home, Kingston.
Born October 12, 1917, in Exeter, she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Gertrude Wascalis Zelinsky. Eleanor was a graduate of Exeter High School.
She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Exeter and its Christian Mothers Society. She also had belonged to the Golden Age Social and Travel Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Libro, who died in 1975; brother, John Zelinsky.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolee Marmo, of Philadelphia; son, Lee Fanti, of Reisterstown, Md.; sister, Gertrude Hufford, of Wilkes-Barre; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral was Nov. 27 from the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, Exeter, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Exeter. Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
