Ron and Pamela Karalunas, of Pittston, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kaitlin, to Michael Rudick, son of Debra Burge, of Mountaintop.
Miss Karalunas is a graduate of Bishop O’Reilly High School, Luzerne County Community County Community College with an Associate’s degree in applied sciences in Dental Hygiene and Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Administration and Policies. She is a registered dental hygienist currently employed on the dental hygiene faculty at Fortis Institute.
Mr. Rudick is a graduate of Pittston Area High School and Luzerne County Community College, earning an Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He is employed by Tobyhanna Army Depot as an electronic technician .
The couple will exchange vows on Oct. 25, 2014, in St. John Evangelist Church in Pittston, with a formal reception to follow at The Woodlands Inn and Resort, Plains. Following the wedding, the couple plans to honeymoon in Tahiti.
