James V. Chimento, Pittston, celebrated his 95th birthday on Tuesday, Nov. 8. A lifelong resident of Pittston, he has been married for 68 years to the former Julia LoBrutto. They have been blessed with five children, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Jim enjoys working the daily newspaper puzzles and cheering for the New York Yankees, Philadelphia Eagles, and Penn State. He has also been an avid bowler, even bowling a 300 game at the age of 81. A family party was held in his honor at Fox Hill Country Club as well as a celebration held at Elko’s Bowling Lanes with his teammates.
