WEST PITTSTON — The Savlation Army, located on Luzerne Avenue, held a free carnival for the community on Sunday, Sept. 13. Treats like cotton candy and popcorn were available at no cost to attendees, and the event featured plenty of games for the youngsters. There were also gift basket raffles for adults.
