Smooth rides and free flowing traffic will greet morning commuters on their drive into work and school today.
Highway 309 is congestion free as is Interstate 81 with the exception of heavy congestion on a small stretch on Interstate 476.
Small spots of heavy and minor congestion is being reported in Wilkes-Barre on South Main Street, Hazle Street, Spring Street and West Market Street.
Wyoming Avenue between Forty Fort and Plymouth is also experiencing spots of minor and heavy congestion.
