WYOMING — The students in first, second and third grades at the Wyoming Area Primary Center discussed several autumn topics in September and October, and, as a culminating activity, participated in an Apple Celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
Brace’s Orchard, of Dallas, set up a farmers market at the school where students had the opportunity to see and talk to employees, as well purchase apples and various apple products.
In appreciation, Brace’s Orchard made a $150 donation to the school that will be used to support the Wyoming Area Primary Center School-Wide Positive Behavior Program. This program aims to improve children’s behavior and rewards them with tickets they can take to a school store and buy items.
