PITTSTON — The next Pittston City Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19 at the Pittston Memorial Library, 47 Broad St.
This month the topic will be “The Criminal System 101,” an overview of the justice system from crime to sentence, presented by Qiana Lehman. It is meant to inform the public regarding general expectations, procedures used, and answer questions regarding victims rights and responsibilities.
