PITTSTON — Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce has announced a number of upcoming events.
Kelly Services will host an in-house job fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 31 at its 124 Centerpoint Blvd. location. Kelly Services’ educational staffing arm is hiring substitute teachers, teacher’s aides, and custodians. Kelly Services is hiring for office, distribution, call center positions and more. The Cupcake Camper will be at the event.
A ribbon cutting ceremony for Cricket Wireless’ 320 Highway 315 location will be held from 11 a.m. to noon April 7. The event will include giveaways, refreshments, a RailRiders mascot appearance and a firetruck for young attendees.
Alexlar Salon will host an open house April 22 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at its 26 Lauren St. location. Refreshments and gift bags will be available. Stylists will be on hand. Raffles will be drawn and the salon will take 35% off hair appliances and 20% off hair products.
