WEST WYOMING — West Wyoming Borough, in cooperation with Luzerne County Solid Waste Management, is sponsoring a Document Shredding event for West Wyoming residents from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 23 at the Borough’s DPW Building, R. 926 Shoemaker Ave.
The free event will allow residents to shred outdated documents, such as patient medical records, bills, insurance records, financial statements, legal and tax documents, and other sensitive paper documents.
Proof of residency, such as a driver’s license or utility bill, will be required, as it is free and for West Wyoming residents only.
