The Wyoming Free Library recently announced Jospeh Nelson and Helana Seamans as winners of the children’s bookmark contest, Joseph Nelson and Helena Seamans. The winners each received a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card and their booksmarks will be printed and distributed at the West Wyoming/ Wyoming Memorial Day Parade May 28.
