DUPONT — The Polish American Citizens Club of Dupont is offering three $500 scholarships to students who meet the following requirements:

The student must be a direct descendant of an active P.A.C.C. member (son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter). Students must be enrolled in their first year at a college or university for the 2018 year and have a G.P.A. of not less than 3.0 with supporting documentation. The student must submit a typed essay of how he or she intends to contribute to society as a citizen of a free country and must appear before the scholarship board to answer questions based upon the submitted essay.

The essays and grades must arrive no later than Wednesday, July 4. They should be mailed or delivered to either PACC members Jack Kuligowski, 30 Walnut St, Dupont, PA 18641 or John Kulick, 106 Dobson Road, Sweet Valley, PA 18656.
