WEST PITTSTON – West Pittston Parks & Recreation held a Halloween party at the Morris Park adjacent to the Municipal building on Saturday, Oct. 28.
A brief shower did not stop the 75 plus residents taking part in the festivities, complete with balloon artist JustinCredible, music by DJ Rockin’ Rich, apple donuts and cider by Braces Orchard and plenty of candy.
West Pittston Councilman Ian Stevenson read a Halloween story to entertain the children under a large tent during the shower.
