PITTSTON — Victory Sports held its annual Christmas Party oFriday night at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, William Street, Pittston.

Victory Sports is for area adults with mental and/or physical challenges. Participants play baseball and basketball, go bowling and enjoy events such as movie nights and yoga classes.

Founded in 2011, Victory Sports is an outgrowth of Challenger Little League. Baseball games are played Thursday nights in the summer at the West Pittston Little League fields. Basketball will begin in January at West Side Career and Technology Center in Pringle.
