AVOCA — The 2015 county borough taxes have been mailed. Office hours are 5 to 6 p.m. on Mondays, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. rebate only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If paying by mail and a receipt is needed, send entire bill with a self addressed stamped envelope payable to Therese Wrubel, 129 Factory St., Avoca, PA 18641.
Garbage sticker fees can also be paid at the municipal building during the above hours. If paying garbage fee by mail, make payable to Avoca Borough and include a self addressed stamped envelope with payment and send to the above listed address.
