AVOCA — The following are Avoca Borough refuse fees throughout the 2015 year: Discount fee, available Jan. 21-Feb. 20, $160 per unit; Base fee, available Feb. 21-Mar. 20,$165 per unit; Fee with penalty, available March 21-April 20, $175 per unit; Fee with penalty, available April 21-May 20, $185 per unit; and Fee with penalty, available May 21-June 21, $195 per unit.
Payments may be received between the hours of 9 and 11 a.m. on Tuesdays at the borough building, 752 Main St. or by sending it to Therese Wrubel, 129 Factory St., Avoca PA 18641. If sending a payment, include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Checks should be made payable to Avoca Borough.
