Marilyn Alvatar, Marion Heycock and Clyde Sipler enjoyed a previous outing of the Brooks Estates Travelers.
The Brooks Estates Travelers, a standing committee of the Resident Association of Brooks Estates in Jenkins Township, welcome non-residents to join them on several trips they have planned.
After taking a break during the pandemic, the Travelers are back in action, working directly with entertainment venues and transportation companies to offer affordable options.
“It takes a lot of time and effort to plan these trips,” member Joe Andrews said. “Marion (Heycock) does a lot of the coordinating, and we’re very grateful for her hard work.”
The Travelers recently attended “Sherlock Returns” at Hunterdon Hills Playhouse in Hampton, N.J., and are looking forward to other adventures, ranging from a trip to Atlantic City to a Railriders baseball game and a fall foliage trip.
