PITTSTON —The last week of January was Coaches vs Cancer Week on the basketball court for Pittston Area girls’ basketball. The team wore pink shirts that read “Kerri Strong” to support Megan Mihalka, whose godmother, Kerri Durkin Valenti, passed away Dec 21., 2016, from cancer.
