West Pittston Cherry Blossom Committee meets March 27, sells banners

WEST PITTSTON — The West Pittston Cherry Blossom Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, March, 27 at Corpus Christi Parish, 605 Luzerne Ave.

Members will discuss upcoming events and preparing for the festival and all committee members must attend.

The committee is also selling banners as a fundraiser. The cost for the first year is $150 and the renewal of the banner is $50 per year. Both payments are due by Saturday, April 1.

Information may be sent to Toni Valenti at 316 Damon Street West Pittston, PA 18643. Checks should be made payable to the West Pittston Cherry Blossom Committee.

All proceeds will be going towards the West Pittston Community and the West Pittston Cherry Blossom Festival.
