To celebrate learning the letters and sounds of the alphabet, the kindergarten classrooms at the Pittston Area Primary Center celebrated “Zany Zebra Day” by dressing in a zany or silly way. Zany Zebra is a character from the story “Zip Goes Zebra,” about a zebra who dresses zany, acts unique and is not afraid to be different. The students of Mrs. Karen Brombacher’s class displayed the Zany Zebra’s they made in art class with Mrs. Aryanna Davis.
