Theme basket donations are being accepted for raffle at this year’s annual picnic. Themes include baby baskets, pets, entertainment, lottery trees, holiday, yard/garden, tools, fitness, summertime fun, toys and more. Baskets can be dropped off at the church hall from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as before and after all weekend Masses.
The annual parish quilt raffle is underway with a quilt made by parishioner Lorraine Harmanos. The quilt has 3 million stitches. Tickets are $2 each, or three for $5. Tickets can be purchased from Lorraine or members of the Women’s Society. The drawing for the quilt raffle will take place at the parish picnic Aug. 5.

At 10 a.m. Monday, May 29, Fr. Jackson will celebrate an outdoor mass in honor and remembrance of veterans and those laid to rest at St. Rocco’s Cemetery. Chairs will be placed under a tent for those attending. There will be no 11:30 a.m. mass at St. Marello Parish on Memorial Day.
