AVOCA — The Avoca Neighborhood Crime Watch will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 20 at the Avoca Borough Building, Main Street.
Guest speaker will be Cathy Ryzner from Wyoming Valley Alcohol & Drug Services, who will share her story as a recovery specialist.
