A new weekend Mass schedule is as follows: Saturday, 4 p.m.; Sunday, 8 and 10:30 a.m.

The French boys choir Les Petits Chanteurs de Nogent-sur-Marne will perform at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19. The concert is free and open to the public. This choir of 15 boys, ranging from 10 to 18 years old, is conducted by François Olivier, Titular of the Choir Organ at the prestigious Church of St. Eustache in Paris, France. Formerly called Les Moineaux, the boys choir has been singing and touring France and throughout the world for 65 years. Their life is made up of concerts, television shows, singing lessons, tours and participating in the Sacred Liturgy. Les Moineaux’s concert repertoire will include music of the sixteenth century, Handel’s famous Hallelujah, and Gounod’s Ave Maria, as well as traditional French folk songs. World Youth Day will be held in Panama City, Panama from Jan. 22-27, 2019. World Day is an initiative from St. John Paul II to gather Young Catholics of the world every two to three years in a celebration of faith and culture. The World Youth Day events gather millions, including Pope Francis, young Catholics, clergy, and religious brothers and sisters.
