Pittston City’s only art gallery, Art e Fekts, held its first art showing for 2020 with A Feast of Color by Joe Kluck on Thursday, March 12.
Kluck, 67-years-old of Simpson, a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of America, is a renown artist for his work in pastels. He’s also a master sign and wood carver.
