PITTSTON — Father Joe Sibilano, O.S.J. celebrated his 60th anniversary of the priesthood during a Mass of Thanksgiving at St. Joseph Marello Parish at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, on June 29.
Participating in the Mass were fellow Oblates of St. Joseph priests, Fr. Paul McDonnell, O.S.J., Oblates rector; Fr. John Shearer, O.S.J., Oblates Provincial Superior; Fr. Jon Attulli, O.S.J., (visiting from Italy); Fr. Jackson Pinheiro, O.S.J., assoc. pastor, St. Joseph Marello, as well as retired pastors Fr. Joseph Adonizio and Msgr. John Bendik.
A reception was held after Mass at the parish hall.
