As of 7:30 a.m., Early-morning travelers can expect a an easy commute this Thanksgiving morning.
Interstate 81 and Interstate 476 are each completely clear of congestion, along with the North and South Cross Valley Expressways. The Memorial Highway in the Back Mountain is also free of congestion.
Wyoming Avenue and most the the areas in Downtown Wilkes-Barre are free of traffic congestion.
