Widespread areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 81. PennDOT announced on Sunday night a reduced speed limit of 45 miles per hour on Interstates 80, 81, 84, and 380 as a result of the inclement weather.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is also reporting widespread areas of minor congestion from Wilkes-Barre to the Back Mountain area. Scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on the South Cross Valley Expressway.

Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Kidder and Mundy streets, as well as Highland Park Boulevard.
