A quiet weekend is forecast for the Wyoming Valley, but the region could see some snow on Sunday.

The National Weather Service indicated it was 20 degrees as of 7:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and mostly cloudy skies were reported.

Mostly cloudy skies will stick around today, with a high near 27. Skies will clear into tonight, with a low around 14.

Mostly sunny skies are predicted for Saturday, with a high near 28. Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Saturday night, with a low around 18.

Cloudy skies will round out the weekend on Sunday, along with a 30 percent chance of snow showers. The high will be near 35.
