Gromala receives award
DALLAS TWP. — Matthew Gromala, of Pittston Township, received Misericordia University’s Communications Department Award for Excellence.

D’Eliseo makes dean’s list
DALLAS TWP. — Anthony D’Eliseo, of Laflin, was named to Misericordia University’s deans list for the spring 2017 semester.
Mulvey graduates
New Orleans, La. — Connor Mulvey, of West Pittston, graduated from Tulane University on May 20 during a ceremony at Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Mulvey’s bachelor of arts degree was one of nearly 2,800 awarded to students at the event.

Sara Doman Bozinko, formerly of Larksville, is celebrating her birthday July 9. Her father, George Doman, of Larksville, will celebrate his birthday July 14. Sara’s mother is the former Donna Naugle, of Pittston.
