WEST PITTSTON – The Oct. 27 Pittston Area at Wyoming Area football overfilled the bleachers at Anthony “Jake” Sobeski Stadium.
The game drew a paid attendance of 3,432 – 1,787 students and 1,645 adults – not including various passes for personnel affiliated with the game.
Pittston Area won the 53rd meeting between the teams, 24-21, on a 26-yard Shane Syms field goal on the game’s final play.
