Judge Cosgrove is a retired Judge of Commonwealth Court and the Court of Common Pleas. His practice areas include appellate, including briefs and oral argument; trial court, personal injury, including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and bad faith.
Judge Cosgrove received his Juris Doctorate from the Notre Dame Law School, University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN, 1982.
