PITTSTON — The Pittston City 2018-2019 refuse/trash bills will be mailed Friday, April 27, with the payment being due Friday, May 25 (30 days after the issue date.) Residents are asked to take the bill to city hall or mail it.

The blue and white stickers can be used through May 31, but new orange and white stickers must be used beginning June 4.

Those who do not receive a refuse bill in the mail are responsible to notify the city treasurer’s office at 570-654-1090.

All refuse/trash bills are sent to homeowners/landlords. If a tenant is responsible for the trash payment, landlords must give the bill to the tenant so that they bring it or mail it in with their payment.
