Pittston Area’s Martin F. Quinn Primary Center participates in the STAR positive school-wide behavior program. Students receive STAR cards from faculty and staff when they follow school rules. Each day students who receive a STAR Card draw a number and place their name on a Star Board, according to the number drawn. Good behavior is celebrated when 10 stars align in a row.
