Students attending nursery school and day care classes at the Cookie Corner Childcare Center were recently visited by Staff Sergeant Arthur Kohler as a part of the school’s Veterans Day lessons. It was an especially proud day for Carson Kohler, son of Sergeant Kohler, who is a student at the school. The children were delighted as Sergeant Kohler read to them and gave them an opportunity to try on a military helmet and feel the weight of his vest. They made thank you cards that Sergeant Kohler will deliver to veterans in honor of their hard work and dedication. Students in the day care group are, from left, first row, Maya Marianacci, Addison Shelly, Levi Grochal, Jacob Norton, Mady Hunsinger. Second row, Jake Adzema, Mira Bradshaw, Aidan Fielding, Mason Gazda, Ella Healey, Kaitlynn Soto. Third row, Jackson Post, Abby Trevino, Carson Kohler, Staff Sergeant Arthur Kohler, Noah Shimko, Vinny Ginocchetti, Ben Ostroskie.
