DURYEA — A meeting of the Duryea Little League will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 at the Duryea VFW. Important details about the upcoming spring season will be discussed.
Basketball camp registration
PITTSTON — Registrations are being accepted for the Stan Waleski Holiday Basketball Camp to be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 27 and 28 at the Greater Pittston YMCA for boys and girls in grades two through seven.
The camp stresses skills, fundamentals, competitions, team play and fun with all players receiving a camp certificate and t-shirt. The camp also features groupings by age and grade in boys and girls divisions.
