Natalie S. Carr and David J. Shultz, Jr., together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jack and Susan Carr, of Exeter. She is the granddaughter of Arlene Savoca of Swoyersville; and the late Vincent J. Savoca. She is also the granddaughter of the late Thomas C. Carr III and Claire H. Carr, formerly of Forty Fort.
The groom-to-be is the son of David J. Shultz and Donna Shultz, of Trucksville. He is the grandson of Rose Ann Shultz, of Swoyersville; and the late Stanley Shultz. He is also the grandson of the late Anthony and Elizabeth Roccograndi, formerly of Edwardsville.
Ms. Carr is a graduate of the Wyoming Area Secondary Center and a 2014 graduate of Kutztown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education. She is employed by the Luzerne Intermediate Unit #18, in the Department of Behavioral Health.
Mr. Shultz is a graduate of Dallas High School and a 2011 graduate of Morrisville State College with Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion. He is employed as a professional fitness trainer associated with Dr. Frank Yanik Chiropractic and The Fitness Center at the Wilkes-Barre Social Security Administration Building.
The couple will exchange wedding vows at the Immaculate Conception Church/Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston, on Oct. 26, 2019.
