Little Eric’s Foundation (LEF), a 501(c)3 organization presented gold blanket to three pediatric cancer centers. LEF’s gold blanket project, an idea started by President Jessica Speicher, is to provide warmth and comfort to children and their families during treatment for childhood cancers. LEF’s goals are to raise awareness, fund research and financially assist children diagnosed with Pediatric Cancer. Two annual events are held each year to fund LEF’s mission, a Wiffleball Classic to be held Sunday, June 2 and Little Eric’s Game Night—“Play for a Cure”, scheduled for Saturday Sept. 28. Here, Samantha Craig, B.S. CCLS and AJ Speicher, board member, at St. Christopher’s Hospital, Philadelphia.
