The first-grade class of Holy Rosary School, Duryea recently concluded its lesson on the importance of 911 and summer safety with a presentation by Christopher Matys, Deirdre Matys and the Hughestown Emergency Service Team. Students were given a tour of the emergency medical vehicle and discussed boat, pool, and bicycle safety.
