JFK Council presents program

The President John F. Kennedy Council #372 announces an impactful program dealing with the victims of crime. Whether it be drugs or violence directed at a person, many questions need to be answered after the attack. How do families cope with it immediately and its aftermath? Is there counseling and education? Is a victim prepared as a witness? Is there compensation? Those questions will be answered Tuesday, June 11 at the Greater Pittston Library. Starting at 6 p.m., Victims Resource Program Manager Tammi Burke will be part of a panel that answers those questions. Admission is free.
