WEST PITTSTON — Litttle Eric’s Foundation (LEF) board members and friends prepared “Gold Bows” to bring awareness to September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Gold is the significant color for childhood cancer.

LEF members will sell the bows for display on homes and businesses during September.

LEF is a 501(c)3 non profit foundation whose mission is to raise awareness of childhood cancer, fund research and financially assist children in treatment for cancers.

Fifteen hundred bows will be on sale at Schiel’s Market in Parsons and at Sam’s Club in Wilkes-Barre Twp. on August 24 and 25 or on Facebook at Little Eric’s Foundation. Cost is $3 per bow.
