HUGHESTOWN — Kindergarten and first-grade students at Pittston Area’s Martin F. Quinn Primary Center enjoyed a “Polar Express Day” on Dec. 16. Lessons for the day were based on “Polar Express,” a book written by Chris Van Allsburg. One of the highlights of the day was having the conductor punch their tickets for their “journey” to the North Pole.
