Wyoming Area’s annual Title I parent meeting was held in December at the Wyoming Area Kindergarten Center, Exeter.

The annual meeting focused on how parents can help improve their child’s academic success by being involved with their child’s education and communicating with the Title I staff.

Guest speakers for the meeting were Title I parents who attended the Pennsylvania State Parent Advisory Council (SPAC) conference last summer with their children at Seven Springs Resort in Champion.

These parents shared their experiences and educational information obtained from the conference on how parents can improve their academic skills. Their message was to inspire other parents in attendance to consider attending this Title I State Parent Conference, which is held every summer.
