Annie Bagnall led Siena College in scoring and earned third-team Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference women’s soccer all-star honors this fall at the Loudonville, N.Y. school.

The Holy Redeemer graduate from West Wyoming started all 18 games. She had five goals, tied for fifth in the MAAC, scored 11 points to rank 10th in the conference and was fourth in shots attempted with 50.

This was the first full season as a starter for the junior striker, who played a team-high 1439 minutes.

Bagnall had a pair of two-goal games for the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I team, delivering in an Aug. 21 tie with Holy Cross and in a Sept. 22 road win over the University at Albany.

The start of Bagnall’s college career was delayed by COVID.

In the spring of 2021, she came off the bench in seven games as the Saints won the MAAC championship.

Bagnall contributed to that title with four points during the MAAC Tournament. She had a goal and an assist in the quarterfinals against Iona and an assist in the semifinals against Rider.

As a sophomore, Bagnall played in 18 games, making her first six college starts. She finished with two goals and two assists.
