Isabella Pisano scored a goal in her college debut in August and is seeing frequent playing time off the bench for the Temple University field hockey team.

Pisano, a Wyoming Seminary graduate from Pittston, did not see any game action last season as a freshman.

The forward has appeared in 13 games this season for Temple, which is 4-2 in the Big East and 9-6 overall going into Sunday.

Pisano has taken five shots, all of which were on goal. She scored in a 7-0 victory over Queens.

Temple has wins this season over three teams that are in the top 20 in the nation – Liberty, Old Dominion and Monmouth. The Owls are 7-0 at home.
