District 2 made a preemptive decision Tuesday as it postponed three soccer championship games scheduled on Thursday based on the weather forecast.
Thursday’s forecast calls for rain throughout the day and wind gusts that could reach 50 mph in some areas.
The D2-2A girls championship game, Holy Redeemer at Lake-Lehman, has been moved to 3:30 p.m. Friday. The D2-2A boys championship game, Wyoming Area at Wyoming Seminary, will be played at 6 p.m. Friday.
The D2-3A girls championship game, Berwick at Dallas, will be 3 p.m. Saturday.
